Refund policy

We do not accept returns to our warehouse to ensure the safety of our product. We do not issue credit or replacements for any unused products. Reselling our products is strictly prohibited. For more information, please contact Customer Service at hello@kabrita.ca.

We are unable to refund purchases from other retailers. Please contact them directly for a return or replacement. In addition, we encourage our customers to avoid purchasing from third-party retailers such as eBay as we cannot guarantee the quality of products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
