Why Maricruz Chose to Supplement with Kabrita
Every parent’s feeding experience is as unique as their baby. While the journey may be easy for some, others may struggle. Real Parent Story is a series on our blog where we ask real parents to share their feeding stories. Whether you’re expecting or already have little one, we hope these stories can offer you insight into what worked (or didn’t work) for parents just like you.
Today, we will be sharing Maricruz's story!
How did you first hear of Kabrita?
The first time I heard about Kabrita was when we took our 3-day-old baby for his first pediatrician appointment. She gifted us a sample of the Goat Milk Formula.
Why did your family have a need for goat milk formula?
Because we had learned [cow] milk products could be contributing to baby eczema and I needed an alternative that was still nutritional, but not plant-based, and could be easier on the tummy.
If related to your need to supplement with or switch to formula, please describe why you chose to do so and why Kabrita seemed like a good solution?
Because it was the best formula we could find in the US, easier to digest, made with better ingredients. Also with my toddler being the pickiest eater of all my kids, I needed something to supplement with that would help him feel full and help me as a mom feel like he was still having something with enough nutrition.
Did the ‘European quality’ element have an influence in your decision to try Kabrita?
Oh yes! 100% I always lean more towards companies who meet the European quality.
How did your child take/transition to Kabrita?
Easily, he had no setbacks with it.
What is your favourite thing about Kabrita Formula?
It’s a small business with caring customer service.
